Frances Moore Lappe, author of 16 books, including Diet for a Small Planet, spoke in Madison, WI as part of the tour for her recent books, Getting a Grip: Clarity, Creativity and Courage in a World Gone Mad.

This was a Liberty Tree event, co-sponsored by WORT 89.9 FM Backporch Community Radio, 92.1 The Mic Air America, Isthmus, The Capital Times, Center for Media and Democracy, Four Lakes Green Party of Dane County, A.E. Havens Center for the Study of Social Structure and Social Change, and Rainbow Bookstore Cooperative.

Frances Moore Lappe is on the Board of Advisors of Liberty Tree.
